In last decade, high bandwidth consumption of Peer to (p2p) applications hasresulted increased demandand service quality issues for critical business applications. Pastresearchsuggestedthat traffic filtering unwanted and rate limitation hungryapplications can result in fair distribution optimization available bandwidth. this context weproposed implemented internet limiter optimizer based on FreeBSD(v8.1) operating system. The prioritized flows throughput was by 5% network latencywas reduced 9.5%, which improved flows.
